Uncle Ken has a good roundup of the options, they all seem much of a muchness. The Sigma 10-20 I've used a lot and it's fine. You can get one for £200 used. If you're feeling spendy get one of the two Nikons. I doubt the results are much different.
Bear in mind there's an older Nikon 70-210 f4 which is a lovely lens if you don't need VR. Built like a tank, no electronic parts, and you won't lose a penny on it, unlike the AF-S.
