Comments welcome. :D

2 nice shots but the first one is Ace, nice work all round.

Same here, like both but the favourite would have to be the first :)

Whilst #1 is interesting, #2 stands out for me as the better of the two.

It makes sense to me as a photo (as in I can see it being something I would take a photo of rather than the opposite) and it has a 'feel' to it.

I can put a story to #2 and I cant with #1 - that just about sums it up for me :)

#1 for me. #2 isnt bad, just doesnt do anything for me.

I'm in a 'I love symmetrical stuff' phase at the moment.

There's something unusual about No2, the wall through the winow looks sharper than it should be for some reason.

I like them both. #1 for the different textures and #2 because it 'feels' far more peaceful and serene.

Thanks for the comments folks. No2 is actually a pretty grim looking school classroom, circa 1910, from the Black Country Museum. You can just see the ends of a couple of bench type desks with the holes for the ink wells.

No1 is the window from an old shed. It looked like Aladdin's Cave in there, but it was too gloomy to see. I'm glad other people like it, and I'm not going completely nuts. ;)

1st one is ok CT, number 2 is the better one for me though

Number 1 - almost Dickensian, lovely atmoshere.

Why did I read the thread title and think like this...

Oh, both of these are very nice shots Cedric. With the others though, the first one really grabs my attention. Like the detail you captured in the frame there.
