Held on Friday in Warrington, I was asked to get a few shots of the lads who I train with. For most of them it was their second fight, they're all chuffed as hell with the pictures. I'm not - but that's life.

The lads are from the Wolfslair Muay thai gym in Warrington, I did the shots for promotional reasons - hence the logo. I train with these lads twice a week and seeing them training towards this fight was nice, I was even nervous for them! I had to stop myself from cheering, I tried to be as professional as possible

I tried to process for the real gritty, contrasty, look.

Bisping still does along with Randy Jackson (MrT) in Wolfsliar Widnes I think

Why does Kick Boxing so rarely have any kicks in it? It always look like normal boxing to me, but with the very rare kick/knee used. I have a background in Karate and would usually score my points with my feet rather than my hands

There again the word Karate means open hand (if I remember  right) so using my feet most of the time wasn't exactly in keeping either

Some good shots there too (y)

did Bisping train with Wolfslair???

Yes, he trains and fights for Wolfslair.

It's a bit of a long story, but Dave Jackson trains the standup at the Wolfslair gym in Widnes but also has his own gym in Warrington - which has become 'Wolfslair Muay Thai'.

There are kicks and alot of knee's in the clinch. There's a huge difference between kick boxing and thai boxing/muay thai.
