Wombourne railway walk

The Wombourne railway walk runs for several miles past the village of Wombourne, South Staffs, following the course of a disused railway line. As it passes near the centre of the village, the route enters a deep cutting, crossed occasionally by road bridges as shown here. It is a fine place to walk or cycle and is wonderfully gloomy this time of year!
