Young Grebe having just caught what I believe to be a moth.
No sign of the adult Grebe's. I hope the little one survives he was very timid indeed.

All feedback noted and appreciated.

Nice photo. Its a adult;)

Its a little crebe hence its size. Nicely spoted as they are always mistaken for a young bird.

Thanks for the info. I have never seen a little Grebe previously.
I observed him for about 2 hours and never seen him catch any small fish what so ever. Could someone with more knowledge than myself confirm if they do consume small fish as he did dive on numerous occasions however when he re appeared he never had any fish.

Little Grebe also known as Dabchick. They always dive when I am about to press the shutter! Very good images.
