Last stands out for me - very nice.
First looks OK.
Middle shot she looks very awkward and doesn't work for me.

Not bad,

1, I like best but wish the boxer was less central.

2, Not keen as the mystery has gone and she looks like she is hutching up her kecks, again too central.

3, Far to much skin smoothing but a good pose , again too central, maybe a crop from the left.

The lighting I like and the overall atmosphere is very good.

The boxer looks excellent in number 1 really powerful, looks as though she has attitude. The lights not being symmetrical is a little distracting though.
Second the 'attitude' isn't there she almost looks timid.
Third is my favourite although I don't know about her expression again seems timid/shy
that could be down to preference but I think her having a strong stare or something would suit better

Wow, I really love the atmosphere in shot 1 but I have to agree with Tom about the model being a bit central but other than that I think its great. Shot 2 does not have the same inpact for me as shot 1 but again with 3 I love it. The lighting makes the model look stunning.
