Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III should fit your needs pretty well. It's on par with the rest of the gear that you have I'd say. Much more expensive, but arguably worth it if you have the money to spend would be the Canon EF 70-300 mm f/4-5.6 IS II. Good luck with it all!

How is this camera being pronounced? Zed 7 or Zee 7?

Here's another edit of shot 3 (actually different picture but very similar shot). I hope the colours are less weird. The shot I was going for with 3 was the fair and the skyline. Maybe it's more about the fair now that the ferris wheel is in the shot?
