If you like editing fast 700 photos and saving time for other things then much power is great. LR needs a lot of RAM, good processor and a good hard drive. The resolution should be ok as it's the same as on my 24" monitor so I'm used to it.

Thanks, yes all the photos there are mine. I think it's possible to add gifs or videos but not sure what the advantage would be. I don't do video anyway.
