Why the white balance

First ever real go at equestrian Photography at Weston Park today and got this with the Sigma 12-24

Had my 7D2 for about a year now and don't regret getting it,I shoot a lot of Non League football and the shots I get paired with the 300mm f4 are a joy,for other subjects that electronic spirit level is a godsend

Thanks for the replies guys I just fancy trying something different and to be honest the Sigma doesn't have a very good hit rate under iffy lights so I might bight the bullet and get a 135,if I buy second hand i shouldn't lose to much if it doesn't work out

Been doing Non League football photography for a few years now currently with a 300mm and 70-200 f2.8,chatting to a mate the other day and he had seen an article by someone just using primes instead of the 70-200,100 mm or 135mm Anybody gone down that route and does the increase in quality...

I took 315 shots yesterday writing Raw to one card and Jpeg to the other,end of the day I had 51% left on the battery, might others problems be to do with Battery Grips

Last game is Thursday at Molineux and hoping to give American football and Showjumping a go in the summer

Anybody had any problems with the cards corrupting,the SD is fine but the CF went over the weekend,probably just a duff card but I thought I'd check

I think you only have to look at the photos on Facebook to see the difference between non photographers and photographers using phones photographers understand the limitations of phone cameras others do not hence vast amounts of garbage taken and posted. I did a wedding for a friend last month...
