Thanks for the reply Jonathan. :) Is the Samyang really that good. I had discounted initially for 2 reasons, the first was it may be too wide and the 2nd was it may not be anywhere near the Fuji or Zeiss lenses. At that price the Samyang may be great in addition to one of the others. ;) I...

I was also thinking about the 14mm but not sure if it will be wide enough, I was going to wait for the 10-24mm. I am also considering the Zeiss 12mm, I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has this. Decisions decisions.....:)

I `ve taken advantage of the latest offer and gone for the XP1, the free 60mm arrived today. I`m looking forward to trying out my Canon ringflash with it. I`m not sure the Fuji will persuade me to ditch the 5D2 and 7D for motorsport and wildlife though.

We are really struggling to find affordable lecturers as you say, with next year and beyond looking really difficult. The cd`s are an option but some some havn`t gone down too well as most prefer the input of having someone there to bounce off. Our club is in a trasition period at the moment...
