Thanks. Yes I know what you mean. I think everyone expects to see thirds! I was using the bridge as metaphor for a door. Like you see on some houses. Just an idea but I like it and out of the two it seems to be the most popular with folk. Though I prefer the river shot myself.
A couple from yesterday. It was beautiful out there on my local walk even though it was absolutely freezing.

Massive performance increases with this week's update! Much needed.
Update: On further investigation - laggy sliders are still there for me but not quite as bad as before. Ah well.
It's brilliant. I've upgraded for the first time since v8. P1 were good enough to extend their upgrade offer to v8 owners until the end of the months. Not bad value for £150. Been with Lightroom for the past few years and been happy with it but C1P is software that sings to me.
Still buggy...
Pretty much my findings too in terms of performance. I've used Luminar since day one of the original version and my main gripe has always been the lag when making real time changes with the sliders. Move a slider and wait a good two seconds to see your changes. Sometimes it's faster, other times...
Photo Ninja was very promising when it first appeared a few years ago then everything went silent from them after they stated a new version was on the horizon. That must be over two years ago now. I see they keep updating camera profiles.
It's very poor in that regard. It looks great but when you delve under the hood you find things just don't work as well as something like Lightroom. Perhaps not a surprise given the relative size of the developers. It has some nice innovative features though.
Cheers. I like it a lot. I never thought I'd find myself using auto focus on a macro lens but I use it a lot. It's pretty reliable. Once I started using an external flash I really saw just how good this lens is. Great as a non macro lens too. I may even sell my 45mm f1.8 as the 60mm pretty much...
