I went out with my DSLR a week ago to photograph some small birds in a meadow and there was one other older gent there with a mirrorless camera, as i walked by i didn't hear his camera fire once in spite of it being to his eye most of the time... As I stood at the other end of the field flappy...
Great pic of a stunning car, IMO the only real thing i would like to have changed was the time of day you took the photo, a lower sun would have made everything a little easier to polish up in post. :)

I've really slipped with the 52 photos again :banghead: I do have 5 photos posted on my thread all taken in the correct period just not posted in time but at least i am up to date now :whistle:

You're lucky to have those options open to you early on but that doesn't mean you need them all right now. Focus on learning to use the camera with the kit lens, then you'll discover what type of photography appeals to you, then you can move on to a different lens that...
That guy annoys me because if you listen to Bruce Gildens interviews, he says that he only shoots people who have a lot of character or seem a little broken because he feels pretty broken himself and he feels a kind of empathy/love for them. Now i don't necessarily agree with his approach either...
