I'd like to take some pics at our local gun club. Ideally I would like to catch the muzzle flare as the gun goes off. Is there a sound activated shutter release mechanism I can attach to a canon 20D to allow me to catch the shot? Thanks Dave

Plug in an external HD and use Vault to back up the photos. If you spend the time tagging the photos with keywords you should be able to browse through them easily enough.

You did well with the Red Panda.......they are always asleep when I try to photograph them!

i think you are tempted to call them "simple snaps" just because you are so familiar with the subjects. Excellent use of DoF, and natural light. Love No 1 but I think Basil 4 is the pick of the set.

The gloves are to protect them from any germs.

Have you thought about contact lenses for days when you know you'll be using the camera a lot?
