I have a Nikon D7000 at the moment but once funds allow will look to go FF hence trying to ensure the bulk of my kit is FFcompatible. Lenses I have are:
Nikon 24-120 f4
Nikon 28-105 macro f3.5-4.5
Nikon 50 AF-D f1.8
Nikon 80-200 f2.8
Nikon 60 f2.8
Tokina 12-24 f4
I have recently purchased a Nikon 60mm macro lens from a work colleague. Prior to this was experimenting using either the Nikon 28-105mm or extension tubes. I feel that now I have a dedicated 1:1 macro, that the tubes and 28-105mn are now surplus to my requirements. Would you agree or disagree ?
The Tokina 11-16mm didn't materialise so now it's a choice between Tokina 12-24 and Siggy 10-20. Have posted in the wanted forum let's see if that can come up with either of the above lenses
I was well late to the DSLR party. Mine are as follows
D50
D80
D90
D7000
Tempted to go FF but budget would probably limit me to a used D700 or in an exceptional case D600/610. Can’t see it happening anytime soon though [emoji174]
Thanks for all the advice. Guess what came across what looks to be an excellent deal on a used Tokina 11-16mm. I know it a short zoom range but at the price bring asked it’s a no brainer. The price is almost too good to be true.....let’s hope this does indeed come to fruition
