Thanks for all the replies guys.
Pretty quick edits so missed the CA fringing. Wind was certainly blowing but don’t think I have one without the movement. Struggled with exposure against focal length given the DoF I was going for but might have missed one so will revisit the card.

And one I wasn't too sure of...bit OTT with the sky definition but quick edit nonetheless. Trying to get it to capture the drama that the cloud really did add to the sky line. Different processing style to the others.
Moody Glencoe...maybe OTT with the tones and shadows?? by DuncanTyson, on...
Been a while since I've picked up the camera and tried to PP any shots. These two are the only ones that I think were worth any effort. I'm a sucker for the heather so they had to feature. I kept one in the 3-2 format and another 4-3 and unusually for me I kept to portrait rather than...
Definitely, with the added bonus that you can mute/flatten the bottom of the colour curve ala blacks in the vintage style too.
It was, but it was this or not taking the shot due to the clutter just out of frame. This was wide as it could get from memory at 10mm.
I quite like cross processing trees, as I just feel this draws out a single tree quite well, or sets a "tone". Some people like the stylizing and others don't, but it can be useful. Like everything else, its each to his own and its what pleases you. I like Mark Littlejohn's style when its...
Not been out properly, but grabbed a couple whilst walking the dog with the eldest. Something to be said for kids and hounds keeping you active. Shot over a couple of outings at Mam Tor and Macclesfield Forest. I missed the untouched stuff at Macclesfield as I didnt take the camera the day...
Wires were part of the power cables/telecom cables running around the loch to another house at the far end. I couldn’t get an angle from the roadside and had the dog n my daughter with me otherwise I’d have bobbed across the stile as Scott suggested I’d have loved to have been up high to catch...
Thanks Scott. Kept the naming from lightroom and forgot to change them when I exported a set. I had the hound and my daughter with me and we werent really meaning to stay beyond sunrise there as we were supposed to be up at etive by then but saw this and needless to say we jumped out of the...
Had a short trip to Scotland with my daughter and wildcamped. She loved it although wasnt up for any serious fell walking. Still grabbed a couple of shots. It was mixed weather, with some dull days, a sunrise and spotted lights, and some flowing falls.

Very much my cup of tea. All lovely, but the stand out for me is no.1. Although quite flat, no.5 is drawing me too. Cracking work on the whole set though.
Couple of others from the same night...got a minute to process them.

I decided on a trip across to Millstone Edge and Surprise View. Kind of wish that I'd set off a little earlier as my home town was dull and overcast but above Hathersage was clear blue. The heather is just starting to bloom properly too.
