Hi All,
Just popped into my local Poundland store in Salford and it looks like they have found more stock of AGFA film, about 20 boxes. I checked them out and all had expiry dates of either June or August 2018, same as the batch I had previously bought.
So you may have some luck out there.
This was the original RAW edit and export out of Darktable.
And then converted to monochrome in Darktable.
Used this tutorial video to then create the image in Gimp.

The only difference was that I opened the B&W image as the foreground and added the...
This is a photo I took at the weekend with the old Pentax *istDL2, edited using Darktable and GIMP. Didn't take that long to do and something I struggled with in Photoshop.
Totally agree but I'm sticking with it for now. There are a few decent tutorial videos out there.
I also use Gimp for further editing. Tried Photoshop but can't get on with it.
Could be. The last lot I bought were 12/2018 and when I emailed Poundland they said they were not getting any in. I have heard of another store with them in stock oop North so deffo worth a trip into town.
This store hasn't had any for months but the batch dates run from 06 to 08 2018 on the ones I just bought, so it could be old stock but not sure.
But they are back in store for now.
Edit: fat fingers
Have to agree with Chris, cracking pictures. I like the last two but the nun one is my favourite and just looks right in B&W.
I just bought a 28mm to try for Street photography, so far most of mine have been with 35 - 80mm kit lens and a couple with zoom 80 - 200mm for distance shots.
I bought myself a Pentax Z-70 with 35 to 80mm AF lens for £23.90 to go along with the Miranda MS-3 I already have, made sense sticking to the same lens format. Still didn't stop me buying a Cosina 75-300mm lens to go with for a tenner. So many bargains out there its hard not too :)
That then...
I've been using thephotoshoponline.co.uk for mine. £4.95 for colour 35mm developing+cd and £8.95 for same service as B&W. Turnaround is fairly quick and results have been good. Get high and low res scans.
It must still be being produced as Ilford and other suppliers still sell it.
But you are right they could sell it as 3 for a fiver or £6 and people would still buy.
