    Beginner Telephoto Lens

Hi Marc, 1100D is a good Camera, I had one just before the 40D and was impressed with it. I used the 55-250mm with my first DSLR the 350D, then the 1100d and now the 40d and it still delivers ,you would be hard pushed to get anything better at the price. It will cope with most if not all your...

Ernesto Sorry I cannot claim to have nicknamed the 55-250mm the "Nifty two Fifty", that was done back in April 2008 by one of the contributors to this thread http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=459569 and it has stuck. John;)

I agree, well said Andy...and I will take your correction on board. I come into contact with many wheelchair users in my day job and have nothing but admiration for the way they take all that life can throw at them and still come through with a positive attitude. Nattelie, if you do decide...

Nattelie, how does this so called friend expect you to get the required pictures of the christening considering your wheelchair bound? I know that at the time that Julian(wheels) had his wheelchair modded , I remember that Cowasaki made some small mods to your chair, would these mods enable...

    Lens mugs

I have just opened a birthday present and found it is a lens mug. It is a 28-135mm L mug, are these mugs made to the same size as the real lenses? Must admit it does look realistic from a distance. John:)
