    Joey's Lane

Beautiful photos, Wayne. I love walking along Joey's lane, and this part is especially photogenic, especially in winter.

South-West England Lone Tree on a Dartmoor Tor

Thank you Heather. Yes, I have photographed both those places, though not been to Foggintor for a couple of years or so. Dewerstone Wood is just two miles from where I live, so go there more often. Great place for photography, especially being by the river. Hope you manage to get here soon :giggle:

    Panamoz Import Duties?

I bought my Nikon D750 from Panamoz in June of last year. Saved myself quite a bit of dosh! Didn't have to pay import duty either. No problems whatsoever with the transaction, and more than happy with the camera. Though classed as a 'grey import' therefore not covered by Nikon's guarantee, I...

Both lovely shots, Jan, but I particularly like the bottom one with the stile.

Ah, thanks a lot for the answers, Paul - and of course - Pew Tor, I can see that now. I have to confess that I didn't go back through the thread where I would have seen you naming them - duh! Never mind, I enjoyed trying to identify them! ....Incidentally, and I'm hazarding a guess, were you...

Here's what I think - top photo: left to right - Cox, Gt Staple, and Ingra over to the right. Can't quite make out what's in front of Staple, looks like the shape of Vixen, but looks too high up imo. Bottom photo: left to right - Gt Staple, Ingra (nearer), Gt Mis, and way over to the right...

    Lockdown Photo Opportunities

I like this a lot, Paul. Nicely composed and lovely natural tones - and the sign-post adds interest. Are those the Dartmoor hills in the background?

    Parton beach at sunset

All good shots, Alf, but for me, it's the second one I like best (Mono rocks seascape) as the sea looks more real (detailed). ....And a close second is the first shot - I love the sky! (y)
