Talk to me about editing on an iPad Pro

Yes Raw images upload fine. Only issue I’ve ever come across is iPad storage space but I usually upload, edit and transfer elsewhere for storage.

Talk to me about editing on an iPad Pro

I use one of these to plug my iPad in. It’s the official apple one so not the cheapest but works seamlessly. As soon as it’s plugged in, switch camera on and the uploader opens straight away asking you to select which photos you want to add. Then gives the option of keep or delete from card.

Editing on an iPad instead of Mac Pro

Hope nobody minds me jumping in here... On LR or Affinity, is there my way to combine photos for an HDR image? Also wondering if there’s any way to combine photos to create a time lapse video. I have been struggling to find an app suitable.

Most have been up skilled to be meter fitters....

    Gas/electric bills

Excellent post. I fit meters for a living so have to explain this sort of thing a lot. For some people, they are keen to learn about what they’re using, some people don’t care. I find that families with kids or larger houses benefit well. You can have a quick look before going out of the house...

    Advice needed....

Really, you’ll probably end up with no choice. You’ll have to take the item back and give full refund. I will never sell on eBay again due to the amount of scamming buyers on there. I personally advise friends and family to stay well clear of selling on there too.

    A terrible week at work

I think you did the right thing. We have a similar thing in my job and I would have done exactly the same thing. Maybe just try and speak to him straight away and tell him the reasons why you spoke to the people above? Re-offer your support and try to clear the air. If he has any issue with it...

    Gas/electric bills

You would have to speak to your energy supplier. Although like someone else said, it could be worth waiting until SMETS 2 is fully up and running. At the moment, I’m fitting SMETS 1 which has actually come a long way from the older smart meters (loads less issues). Old style smart meters can...

    Gas/electric bills

I fit smart meters for a living and people are very shocked when they see the price of their hot tub

    Gas/electric bills

At the minute we use about 80p - £1 a day for both. In winter, when it was cold, about £1.50 a day roughly. Small 2 bed semi detached bungalow. Very think loft insulation, cavity wall, new boiler etc. Think we’re goong to have a shock when we move soon!!

    Gas/electric bills

Wow. Do you live in a mansion or something? We spend a combined £30 for both gas and electric a month, less at the minute. Edit, just saw that you have a hot tub. Have you thought about having a smart meter so you can see what used what?

    Washing Your Car!

Thanks. Just dug out the receipt, bought in June 16 so if they’re good at honouring warrantee, hopefully they might sort it. Email sent.

    Washing Your Car!

It’s a Nilfisk 130 compact. When I pull the trigger, it doesn’t kick in. Checked water feed and filter with no issues. My father in-law has a Karcher than has gone for years without issue but I’ve seen a fair amount of negative stuff online about them. Would also like a powerful one so it...
