If i use colorpicker in lightroom to adjust white balance and using the snow for white, then picture become too warm.
But this was more close to the real scene, thats why i keep that.
By the way this was shot with Sony A6000 and to me Sony always have some cast colors...
I had Sony full frame A7 and to be honest i downgrade to CROP ,and i am happy more than ever.
Beeing not a proffessional it is not good idea to spend 1000euro for each lens for FF.
Now i use 2 cameras that are good Crop for booth worlds, and they in my opinion are the best chioce.

With 1,8 or F2 you will have shallow DOF but pictures will be less sharp.
It is good idea to try F number around 2.8 but subject to be at good distance from baground.
And also to use telephoto lenses 70-200 mm and full the frame at aprox 90-100 mm for portraits.
I had Tamron 2.8 for Canon and i was happy with the results. Some collegues say that Tamron are a bit flat about colors, but who cares when we all do posteditiing.
55-210 is good all around lens to bring it with you everywhere.As you say , you have to buy another for low light like 85mm 1,4 .
Unfortunatly this lens is expensive, you also can buy 50 mm 1.8.For wide angle just avoid kit 16 to 50 .Better choose 18-105.it is milion times better.
