All sorted now :) It was a monitor profile problem.

I've just edited my post as I've incorrectly listed the model as CG227 but it's a CG277 27inch monitor.

I've contacted Phase One so just waiting for a reply. I've also connected using HDMI which reduces the native resolution but still the same problem.

I did when I reinstalled the drivers but didn't when I did Capture One.

You are correct there is a displayport cable supplied. Problem is one end that needs to go into the graphic card is midi type and won't fit. I've tried reinstalling graphic card drivers and Capture One again but no luck. Image below shows the problem. As can be seen crop tool is working but...

Graphic card is a Nvidia GTX 670. Not sure if I have a displayport cable to try.

The only thing I've not done yet is a firmware update which was the only thing I could find on the Eizo website when I was looking for drivers......Im using the cable that came with the monitor.

There will be some grounds I won't be able to put my bag on the 6 yard line. Do you zoom in while your camera is on the tripod......mines pretty low to the ground and would find that difficult.

Yes I did think about sticking my case on the 6 yard line so might just go for that.
