Guys finally thinking of moving on from my Pro 9000 mki which has been great but I cannot get a Canon Pro Luster paper (which is what i use 80% of the time) profile for it and the pro photo glossy is not the same. So it is the Pro 100s or Pro 10s. I am aware of the dye /pigment fading difference...

Phil I have pro 9000 mk1 and b&w printing gives me a slight cast sometimes magenta, less often green. There is only 1black ink which is in part the cause. I have tried plug ins etc to no avail, different papers with the ICC profiles also but still no. The cast also looks different under...

I suppose it is a trade off between Epson ink loss when changing cartridges and Canon 3rd party paper borderless printing issues...the print quality in all the reviews I have read does not seem to be that different and neither is price...take your pick
