Woke up this morning to a minus 5 frost. The Autumn leaves hardened by the frost look great. For this photo I used the camera's multiple exposure mode which blends images over one another. I took one in focus shot and the other out of focus and the result was a nice n' dreamy effect which I like.

This evening at sunset at Creeve Lough in County Tyrone. I composed and exposed for the sky as that was where the drama was happening. Very cold with the Northerly wind coming off the lake.

Love 'em both.

Has the wow factor !

For me the more grain the better when it comes to simulating IR film.

No Kevin, it's as shot. When IR was shot on film there was plenty of grain.

Taken with an Infrared IR converted Canon G10 compact camera. The location is White Lough in County Tyrone. Plenty of contrast was applied in processing which is what I find works very well for IR. Untitled by phodru, on Flickr

Kodiak, Steve and Jan, thanks for commenting. I felt that it lacked without the fence so therefore I think I chose the right option to include it so as to lead the eye.
