Servo AF more often than not, with the 300mm 2.8 it tracks amazing, I have to say I was very impressed with the 100-400mkii, considerably better than the mki version.

Great shots, thanks for sharing. I generally use auto white balance and then fine tune it either by manually changing the temperature or by clicking the white part of the kerb.

Thanks Dale, I did manage to get several clear visor shots on the Saturday but I haven’t got that far through my memory card yet.

Great set, weather really hasn’t been kind to us this weekend and tomorrow there might not even be a race if it hammers down!! Almost packed up this evening to go and see what I have captured but decided to stay.

No mate that wasn’t me, I was the fat bloke with combat trousers and a black hoodie . Im trying my new 100-400 mkii, just a bit easier to carry around than my 300mm f2.8. Im here for the whole weekend wandering around, give me a kick of you see me.
