Thanks, I had used the maximum focal length of 70mm and f3.2 however I will try f2.8 next time. I prefer the "blurry" backgrounds, but I guess I did not have enough separation between the subject and the surroundings.

So I got an A7R3 and 24-70mm to take photos of the wife throug her pregnancy. We went out to the park on Saturday and got the below shots. Any feedback or how you would improve would be appreciated as we will probably do another "photoshoot" next month and again in April to document each month...

Took it to Dovestones today to try. Took a lot of portraits too and the quality is outstanding. Had a go at some landscapes too:
