I have the Pro100s and the print head is manually installed by the user at setup. If your Pro 10s does likewise you ought to be able to pop the print head out and steep it in something to unclog it rather than just tossing the printer.
As has been said Magic Bullet [here in UK there is Clever Clogs from Permajet] and J-Cloth under the head overnight is fine as long as your cartridges move with the head (eg as per Epson R2880) and you are injecting the fluid directly down into the print head BUT if the cartridges are in a fixed...

I love my 100s which uses dye inks which have improved considerably in terms of archival life but still not as long as the 10 using pigment inks. My printed images will I believe long outlive me. I love this printer and I've stuck with genuine Canon inks having been burnt using CIS on two...

It may be that Snapsh0t has a problem with the lens at 600mm due to a fault, or perhaps as you wondered camera shake, or choice of aperture/SS, or atmospheric distortion on a hot day I have no idea but so far I've been delighted with my RX10IV. I don't complain about the battery...
Addendum to this:- This was taken on the Dorset coast at West Bay which was a bit of a busman's holiday for me as we get a million of these guys roosting each winter in the Somerset Levels [where I live] - however I wouldn't get as close as this normally.

I bought a Logan Artist Elite 450-1. It wasn't cheap but will see me out. I heard a saying once, "buy cheap buy twice" whatever I'm delighted with mine. The only problem is their matt cutting calculator app is very suspect with metric measurements IIRC

A full set of my inks is around 80-90 squids. Saw Prindo was selling for £69 shipped. No brainer really. Haven't ever seen that price from them again :-(
