    Help with canon pro10s

I have the Pro100s and the print head is manually installed by the user at setup. If your Pro 10s does likewise you ought to be able to pop the print head out and steep it in something to unclog it rather than just tossing the printer.

    Your Magic Bullet Stories...

As has been said Magic Bullet [here in UK there is Clever Clogs from Permajet] and J-Cloth under the head overnight is fine as long as your cartridges move with the head (eg as per Epson R2880) and you are injecting the fluid directly down into the print head BUT if the cartridges are in a fixed...

    Canon PIXMA PRO Printers

One other thing which is annoying - with fine art printing it imposes a 30mm border. I believe this can be circumvented.

    Canon PIXMA PRO Printers

Steve I love my 100s which uses dye inks which have improved considerably in terms of archival life but still not as long as the 10 using pigment inks. My printed images will I believe long outlive me. I love this printer and I've stuck with genuine Canon inks having been burnt using CIS on two...

High-end bridge cameras: Sony RX10, Panasonic FZ1000 etc

George [et al] It may be that Snapsh0t has a problem with the lens at 600mm due to a fault, or perhaps as you wondered camera shake, or choice of aperture/SS, or atmospheric distortion on a hot day I have no idea but so far I've been delighted with my RX10IV. I don't complain about the battery...

Addendum to this:- This was taken on the Dorset coast at West Bay which was a bit of a busman's holiday for me as we get a million of these guys roosting each winter in the Somerset Levels [where I live] - however I wouldn't get as close as this normally.

Dave I believe if you already have a subscription it just augments it by another year. You are welcome to it. I suggest we go to PMs from now. Jamie

    Adobe cc, Amazon, currys

Well I just got a free 1 year subscription to Adobe CC with my purchase of my i1Display Pro3 Calibrator. I won’t be using it as I weaned myself off Adobe and moved to Capture One. I don’t know if it is transferable, someone else may provide info on that it’s yours if you want it as you seem to...

Mount cutter, what do you all recommend?

I bought a Logan Artist Elite 450-1. It wasn't cheap but will see me out. I heard a saying once, "buy cheap buy twice" whatever I'm delighted with mine. The only problem is their matt cutting calculator app is very suspect with metric measurements IIRC

Has anybody ever used PRINDO for ink orders?

HaHa A full set of my inks is around 80-90 squids. Saw Prindo was selling for £69 shipped. No brainer really. Haven't ever seen that price from them again :-(

Has anybody ever used PRINDO for ink orders?

Used them once for genuine set of Canon Pixma Pro 100 with no probs. It seems they do their own inks too but can’t comment on that.
