Quoted from the above link:
Nikon Rumors has leaked the first images of the soon-to-be-announced Nikon D5. We’ve heard that an announcement would come on December 17, 2015. Although we can’t confirm that date.
Current rumored...
The F-Stop Navin case is what you need, it utilises the Molle mounting system which their own range of rucksacks have on the waist belt. It could also be mounted through the sternum strap.
Doubt you'll lose much if anything at all really, as the 1Dx was circa £5.2k when it originally hit the shelves and the replacement will more than likely come in around the same price point. To be honest the 7d mk2 made more of a dent in the 1Dx residuals; until everyone realised the 7d mk2 is...
Always happy to use extenders when the circumstance dictates the use for one. Mk3 versions on Mk2 lenses are great
Personally I wouldn't listen to that video. I accept not all people are good at math but when he had the extender mounted to the camera body first before attaching to the lens, I...
You are correct Stu. Those two sentences are incomplete and don't help the understanding of that feature. I imagine the word "appear" is missing from the end?
Don't worry, no time has been wasted. It was a perfectly valid question and the forum is here for users to share, debate and further...
With my previous 1d mk4 and that custom function selected, the surrounding AF points of the selected AF point would NOT light up when auto focus was handed over. This changed after the original 7d mk1 was launched.
400mm mk2 is a lovely lens and the bulk is not that bad considering the diet it has been on. I'm more than happy using it with the mk3 1.4tc which makes it a more versatile low light option than the 500mm.
I had no problem tracking this at 500+mph with the 1.4tc fitted (560mm F/4) ...
Canon lens is a better choice both optically and for residual value.
The only negative about the Canon mk1 70-200mm f/2.8 IS was that when hung from a 'Black Rapid' type shoulder strap you could un-intentionally switch the proud Focus switch from AF to MF as it rubs along your leg. Some...
Just had a re-read of the original rumour source which links to a German forum.
Someone there asked CPS about the 2.0.8 firmware and CPS responded with the below which I have translated using an online translation tool.
Not really, still waiting for further news on 2.0.8.
The latest available from Canon at the moment is 2.0.7, the below is what they have to say about it.
I posted this in another thread a while back, it was a quick test of the 70-200 F/2.8 IS mk2 and x2tc mk3
It was shot at 400mm, wide open at F/5.6 and is the full image resized to 1200x800, I've then taken a 100% 1200x800 crop from that image and shown that below. (if they look larger than the...
Wasn't 'that' exacting, just apples with apples. Rather than asking for Braeburn vs Braeburn.
At least put me out of my misery though and provide the metadata of each picture :ty:
