Got it on the 29th - not had a chance to use it a great deal with it if I'm honest. Taken some test shots in JPEG as didn't have any software compatible with the CR3 files from it (except DPP4 which is like pulling teeth), but noticed today that Lightroom Classic and ACR 11.4.1 support it now so...
Pre-ordered an EOS M6 Mk2 kit today with the 15-45, EVF and EF/EF-S adapter.
Want to try a smaller camera setup for carrying around on days out as mostly use my 5D3 with 50mm f/1.4 or 24-105mm f/4L, but its a bit bulky now we have a 1-year old in tow so been falling back to using my phone and...
S100 and 5D3 owner. As with others love its combination of small size, RAW photography and manual controls. Handling is nice with the ring adjustment as well.
Genuinely fits in my jean pocket along with my phone, which is exactly what I wanted.
Every time I go out and don't have to 5D3 with me...
Normally a bit scared to post my pictures on here, but had one today I was quite pleased with so thought I'd man up and hope I don't get a mauling. ;)
From the Haynes Breakfast Club meet this morning, engine bay of the Ferrari 458 Speciale that was out front.

For the this user I'd probably agree, there is no point going with anything other than integrated graphics as the GeForce GT 610 is worthless and he's unlikely to see any benefit from it (in fact it may be slower than HD 4600....). In a 16GB system losing a bit to the IGP doesn't really matter...
Either ditch the GeForce GT 610 or (preferably) swap it for something better - I'd switch down to an i5 if needs be and go with a GeForce GTX 750.
Edit: Personally I'd look at Chillblast as well. Guessing by the warranty description that PC is from PC Specialist.
What are you actually hoping to experience a performance improvement in?
The main gain from SSDs is from the reduction in random access times - the number of real world scenarios where you'll actually get anywhere close to the peak read or write speeds of the drive are pretty small. Using...
Looks like he's suffering from a bit of understeer? Too much steering angle for the direction the car looks to be travelling.
Looks like Pouhon too me, so pretty sure it's going the right way?
Bit unfair to tar all with the same brush - I'm in the process of trying to set up in this area and have no intention of going down that route.
There is plenty scope to make a decent living while still keeping things reasonably priced and ethical, and hopefully in doing so business will grow...
Not at all, I asked for comments and criticism so it would be stupid to then be insulted. :)
A lot were done with the focal point moved around and I've actually cropped in and made them more central, I'll take another pass at them to remove the vignetting and adjust the composition when I get...
Realise a fair few threads from this events, but still learning a bit about the 5D Mk3 (and photography in general if I'm honest, I was lucky to win the 5D to replace my old 40D) and wondering what people made of some of my shots from the other weekend - any tips or areas to work on would be...
If it's been a sudden step change in performance and crashing I'd be looking to see if there is an issue somewhere - perhaps check on temperatures, look in Task Manager for any processes running the CPU flat out and scan for malware.
Computer hardware won't get slower over time, it's either a...
