    Wales Tenby

Sunrise locations towards the south - church rock - broadhaven south, barafundle bay etc. There's st govan's chapel, huntman's leap. Broadhaven near haverfordwest and little haven great for sunsets when the tide is right. Strumble head and lighthouse...loads around there

    Hiking rucksack vs camera rucksack

I use a deuter trail 30 with a peak design cube insert medium size. The deuter trails can be found very cheap at the moment. I can access the camera from the front zips. It can fit a fuji xpro2, the biggish 50-200 2.8 attached to the body if required, the 10-24 and enough room for a couple more...

A few from the Lake District last year.

Agree with the above. I know there is a trend for super contrasty pictures but they look a little crushed so dial back the contrast/clarity. I'd crop to get the interesting mountain in the centre. But I think in all these, if you got the camera down lower, they would be more dramatic?

    Broad Haven South

Nice. I didn't get down to that Broad Haven. I've seen some great shots at sunrise from that beach with church rock. Very early start though.

    Pembrokeshire coast

The first two are from Broadhaven on the north side of the bay. The other two were a cove a bit up along the coast but I'm not sure of the name. I found it quite tricky there to time the good light and good rocks! But I guess I am well out of practice.

    Pembrokeshire coast

Cheers, yes, 4 I was in the sea and grabbed it during a very high tide at sunset. I don't think it works so it's good confirmation.

Different ones from around the Pembrokeshire coast. First time I've picked up the camera properly in a while so very rusty! DSCF3874 DSCF3884 DSCF3700 DSCF3949

    Anything wrong with this?

He looks uncomfortable. The person behind them looks to be having more fun or they're running away from a herd of jelly fish.

Monitors for photo editing and processing

This perhaps https://www.nrgit.biz/products/dell-u2413-monitor I use this https://www.nrgit.biz/products/dell-u2515h-25-inch-monitor . It was meant as a stop gap but I've found it a good with small pixel pitch so you can fit a lot on the screen without sitting in front of a patio door. I don't...

Beginner What to do about camera?

There are two cheap cameras now, that I can recommend from experience, and which will cost you peanuts compared to their capability: The canon 5 mk I (classic) and the Fuji S5 pro. Their iso capability may be junk compared to newer cameras, but pair them with an 85mm of your choice and with a...

    used or new

As above, a fuji xt-1 and the 18-55 from mpb will come under budget and hard to beat.
