Sea Harrier Jet

I'd like to meet the pilot who landed it there :clap:

Cracking image :D

What a greyt image :)

Think the couple of folk enhance it rather than detract too.

Nice one.

Really love this image! Makes me wish I had a fish eye! Would love to see some more angles

Im glad you do, It's one of my favourites just now, toying with putting it on a canvas.

The fisheye used was pretty reasonably priced (as camera equipment goes) at around £200. I have more fisheye shots on my flickr, did you mean more shots of the jet or fisheye shots in general?

I for one would love to see more of your Fisheye images

can you post a link to your Flickr account

This is very neat, particularly like the inclusion of the people

It was more fortunate than planned that way. One of them is a attendant and would not leave the side of it...until that is I lay underneath it with the fish eye and he was very very intrigued.

Really like that! It looks so lonely though :)

Thanks, its such a contradiction of the context in which you usually see the jet, placing it here certainly adds loneliness to the decommissioned jet

Some nice pics there, particularly like 'Tate Modern' the foot bridge . . .

I really do appreciate the input. I will be getting many more shots online in the near future, its a slow process and have a bit of a backlog but appreciation and criticism is very encouraging. Thanks.

very diffrent and very nice too.

Thanks Rob

id like that in my lounge ;) lol

Im afraid I can't assist with a decommission jet in your lounge but I could assist with a canvas

Apparently it arrived without the wings attached and the body in a few sections with all the engines etc removed. It hangs from two impossibly thin steel wires, hanging precariously inches away from impact.

I really, really like everything about that - thanks for sharing
