What is your favourite camera bag?

My walk around bag is my lowepro pro runner 300aw which I love ,for storage and travel pelican 1510 I relax knowing my gear is in it with my niece running around lol

It depends on what I'm up to...

When my gear's at home, it's stored in a LowePro Vertex 300. When I'm out and about, I'll either use a LowePro Flipside 200 or the Flipside 400 if I need to carry more gear. I also have a Vanguard 'Top Loader' that takes a body and a long lens.

Of the four, I'd say that the Flipside 200 gets the most outdoor use.

Lowepro 55AW with sliplock attachments for extra lens etc.
Lowepro fastpack 350 for when I need more space.

I've been using an old Lowepro EX180 with my m4/3 stuff, will probably have to get something bigger now as ive gone DSLR.

My Vanguard Bin47. Got it for xmas

Holds my 1000D, Kit lens, 70-300 tamron and my Samyang Fisheye.

In the small top compartment are my filters, remote and a packaway jacket

I use a Lowepro Vertex 100AW, small enough to carry my D300 & Sigma 150-500 attatched, and room for 2x 70-200 lenses down the sides.
Lots of pockets for all accessories inside and out.

I have a small Nikon bag that's good for the body and a small lens when out and about but the rest of my gear sits in a Lowepro Flipside 300 which seems to be made well and comfy too.

Everything lives in a Thinktank Airport Airstream, it's great for storage and when you want to lug the whole lot around. When I'm out shooting for fun it's usually a Flipside 300 which is comfortable and cleverly designed. I've just picked up a Thinktank Speed Demon beltpack to try out during weddings - used to use a Stealth Reporter but it was a bit too clunky really.

Another Vertex 300 AW user here.
Excellent solution to the space and comfort connundrum.

Flipside 400AW, holds everything I want it to and comfortable to wear

I have a few bags and my favourite is the Lowepro Flipside 400 AW (2nd from left)....

I have a Tamrac Ultra Pro 13 shoulder bag which I've about outgrown with all my gear and a Tamrac Expedition 9X Rucksack which is big enough to take all my gear in. If I know I'm only going to need certain gear I usually load it into the shoulder bag and take that, but most times I'll take the lot just in case.

Haha... Thanks for posting that Tim! (y)

You just got me off the hook with the missus. She thought I had too many bags until she saw those photos! :D

Billingham bags. I've a 555 for storage/big jobs where I want most of my gear and a Hadley pro (I think) for smaller jobs (5dII plus 50/1.4, 24/1.4 and 85/1.2). They look nice, no noisy velcro, waterproof, loads of pockets for bits and bobs. The only bags my wife has admired.

Plus I've a Calumet roller insert which fits inside a soft-sided roller case which can hold tonnes of stuff and not look like a camera bag.

I use a Think Tank Retrospective 30.

Awesome shoulder bag that's perfect for a D700, 35/85mm combo, speed lights and everything else.

Also have retrospective 10, for just a day bag.

My thinktank roller... Fantastic bag... Only downside is I cant fit all my gear in it.... Might have to go for the bigger thinktank roller...

I love their skin pouches as well..

Billingham Hadley Original for all my m43 stuff and a CCS Warthog. Just bought another Nikon D200 so will probably need a bigger bag soon when the lenses start to build up again.
I'll have a look at the bigger Billinghams

I use a Lowepro Classified Sling bag which holds all my kit and I find very handy and it's a perfect fit for my motorbike top-box(y)

FStop Guru for me (recently posted a review in the review forum), carries really well due to the metal frame, space for other gear and integrates well with the rest of the range.

Love my Billingham.

I can fit everything into it if I need but also adapts well for just a few items if travelling light. Also, just so damn stylish and comfortable. Doesn't look like a camera bag.

LowePro Slingshot200 - plenty of room for a Pro DSLR, 4 lenses, Flashgun etc with a useful system which allows me to slide it round and open it up for easy access to the interior without needing to put it down.

I use a casual canvas bag and only pack what I expect to need. I hate the idea that everyone would know I had expensive camera gear on me because I had a bag that advertised it.

Yes I know I will have to take the camera out, but I get to pick when that happens. Guess I lived in Manchester for too long, I am more rural now but still more comfortable with my "Fashion" (man) bag.

My new monopod gives the game away though! i will have to pretend it is a walking pole LOL.

My favourite and most used is my LowePro Mini Trekker. Holds all my usual walk around kit and is small enough to be used as carry on luggage when we fly off on holiday. It also has a tripod carrying system which works very well.

Kata 3in1-30 as it takes all my kit with consummate ease.

Also have Lowepro top loader 75 but don't use it that much.

The Vertex range, love them so much I've got all three of them

I use the 100 for walkabout, 200 for short day trips, and the 300 for long trips. Unbelievably comfortable, even when fully loaded with gear on the inside & outside (y)

I've had tonnes of bags and my two favourites have been the lowepro slingshot 302 and the classified 200.

Neither hold a massive amount but having owned the bigger bags filled with kit I find they only really ever got used for storage.

With these two it's easy to access, not too weighty or bulky and I find myself bringing out the camera more often.

I've got a canvas courier type bag with a billingham insert. Much more stealthy than a 'proper' camera bag :)

So far my Billingham Hadley Pro has been working really well, the canvas is starting to get worn in which looks rather cool. Thinking of getting a bigger Billingham or a Think Tank for when I go on longer trips, but the Hadley is perfect for an everyday bag. Looks great too.
