In a word, NO! I've had one for over 12 months and used it a lot in assorted weather conditions from sub zero to high 30s and had no problems with it at all. I have had dealings with Fuji UK's warranty dept and workshop and they were extremely good. First time, my X-10's lens jammed off a day before the warranty (extended after a sensor replacement [orbs]) expired but because I had registered the fault, they honoured the warranty. Unfortunately, the same fault reared its ugly head a couple of days before the original repair's warranty ran out and again, they did the repair. Both times, they sent out a prepaid envelope and a well padded box for me to return it and I had the thing back within a week of me sending it to them. Touch wood, no such problem with the X-20.
