HELP - Lightroom 6

I loaded LR6 (CC subscription) OK on the desktop and last week bought a laptop. I've loaded it OK on to the laptop and logged in successfully and imported RAW files from a card. My problem is when I go into the Develop module, where you would normally see the image in the centre panel to work on, all I get is a blue box with a white cross through it. I'm sure there must be a setting that needs changing but I'm blowed if I can find it! Before/after view shows the before OK but the after as the same blue box.

Any help/pointers gratefully received!

I had the same and had to turn off GPU in LR settings, see link below
