I wanna upgrade my camera D5200 to either a d7200 or D600 both are great cameras. I got my nikon 150-300mm and tamron 600mm to use. while the 7200 is faster the 600 is better quality in low light and that one is a full frame the other a dx. Who got what and how does it playout with bird photography. My 600mm tamron i can get the reach which i need.but not sure if it fits the 600 and the 7200 might just be in my favour at the moment.

The D7200 gives you the extra reach being crop, but if you have a 600mm lens it may not be so crucial. Possibly if your buying new perhaps you could consider the D750 over the D600???.

I have a D7200 and D810 and bird photography is my main interest, using a Nikon 500 f4.
I find that the lens is on the D7200 most of the time because it give that 'extra reach', the AF is very good and the dynamic range extremely good.
I will still use the D810 from time to time but given your choice I think I would find it hard to recommend the D600 :)

Do not hear many people complain about having too much reach for wildlife photography even those with 500mm+ lenses.

Personally, I have gone for the D7200 and an very happy with it.

I also have the D750 (so FF like the D600) and with the 300PF plus x2 TC onboard it is hardly-ever enough reach for me at least.

I have the 750 and 7200 with a 500 F4, both get equal use, the7200 for reach, the 750 when the weather is shat.

If I had to get rid of one, the 7200 would go before the 750.

I upgraded from the D7100 to the D600. Yes, you lose a bit of reach but not too much.

I wouldn't go back to the D7100 as it's not very good over about 800 iso imo.

Not sure if the D7200 is miles better than the D7100 though?
