Beginner Peregrine Falcon.

She's just produced 3 chicks,just taken her out of the aviary ,she'll be flying free in about three weeks if I can bring her weight down by then.That said I've never taken a camera to catch her in flight to busy focusing on the bird,

I can't 100% see, but it looks like you have focused on the beak. It's the eye you need to get. In addition the area of the eye is pretty dark. I would have like to have seen more light there. Finally had you used a higher F-stop number more of the feathers would have been in focus.

I'm no expert on bird photography though, I'm sure some of the pros will be along soon.
 


Not a very good picture of one, but in a dive around 100mph at a distance I think I was even lucky to get it in frame

I have a great subject and shall be posting shots on here while I'm manning her ready to go out flying,I love taken shots of her and one of the things I'm trying to capture is Bokeh .image.jpg
She was 3 ft max away from the lens,the bush behind her was 12 ft away. L lens 100mm macro at 2.8
