The Humber Bridge from North Ferriby

From that distance, the very thin bridge looks like a
radio antenna in a splendid decor!

That's a very nice shot Graeme, well composed with a great sky and good foreground detail.(y)

George.

I'm not a landscape photographer, my way of judging what is, to me, a very good landscape photograph is that when I look at it I think "I would like to see it printed big and hanging on my wall." Your photograph is one of those.

That's an amazing sky Graeme, well captured (y)

Looking on your flickr, I prefer Humber Bridge 1b, the light is more evenly spread on the mud in the foreground, in the one above there's quite a dark area on the left :)

Lovely angle rarely seen, good capture and that sky is just something else, I was watching that sky myself in Scunthorpe

I am thrilled by your comments, thank you very much
Here's the 1b version which I had at the top of my short list of four and than decided against
Humber Bridge1b by Graeme Hutson, on Flickr

How the Roman Legionnaires ever crossed the Humber near here without drowning seems incredible!

Nice shot by the way, great foreground and sky. (y) Sunrise too.
