Edit My Images
No
A very murky , cold, wet and windy down down in Fleetwood. I wasn't planning on leaving with any keepers. Still having a confidence issue regarding my images as i just dont think they are " there" yet to getting that positive reaction im wanting to give them myself. Was hoping that by putting them here for you to all see then maybe i can get some feedback to be able to improve.

These have been edited to a style which i quite like so please....thoughts?

Thanks ,

Dave

Dave the knockers ill soon be along stating that the cars are static showing no movement PAH to them I say !!!! not a lot wrong with these except in MY mind that the colours are far to bright to the point that they hurt the eyes that's all

Thank you for your comments , i will certainly work on the vibrance and saturation. They don't look to bright on m monitor so maybe i need to adjust it to suit.Yes the conditions were not great especially being right on the prom front.

Even though there was a historic rally display on before the cars came onto the stage i was more interested in this! I love this livery and heritage of this car. Unfortuantly now a lot of the Focus's on the rally scene or either the later WRC variants or running Subaru engine's and 4wd systems.

The only problem I can find with those is that the poor little Swifty is damaged. :(

Photographically, the colours and vignetting are a little too much but it is down to personal taste. I only say this because I used to use a Saturation, Vibrance and Vingetting to hide technical problems with the photos. Im not saying you are, just that I used to and Im sure others will think the same. The Swift could use more motion but is still a good shot. The Scoob and the Focus are great shots.

Thanks for the comment. I will be a bit more aware of the Saturation and vibrancy with future shots. The Vignetting really is because i didn't think there was much to the background so added it to draw the focus more to the car. :) Again something to watch in future shots.

Hey, if its your style, its your style. And I agree with that use of Vignetting too, if there is nothing worth looking at elsewhere in the shot, pull they eye to the important bit!
