Sweet potato is looking good. Best is probably the cabbage to my eyes. Maybe it's the colour that I find is more suitable (to my eyes, being subjective here) to your processing.
It's actually a very good thread/theme.

How about a mushroom? I suspect they would benefit from your style.

Button, shiitake, ...

Edit: small heaps of ground spices- turmeric, ground pepper, paprika...
