You wouldn't flipplng believe it! I've got tennis elbow! Tennis elbow! Some days I can't even walk properly and I've got tennis elbow! Can't use the camera cos it's my right arm. Sometimes life just takes the p1ss!

I managed to pick up tennis elbow a couple of years ago in my left elbow.
Volterol and lots of it helps (whilst it seems to have subsided, it's still not right)

Maybe something like this until your elbow recovers sufficiently?

A little story to make you chuckle ( I hope)
My brother went to the Dr's with tennis elbow some years back, and eventually ended up with a Cortisone jab.
6 months later he was back, with the same thing, and the Dr. Said I'll give you a Cortisone injection.
My brother said f*** that I had one six months ago and it bloody well hurt for ages.

The Dr said it shouldn't do, if it'd done properly, who did it?
My brother said you bloody did!

I told the boss that I needed to leave early tonight, as its a matter of life and death.
He looked quite concerned, and begged an explanation.

Once I told him it was my life and explained about the baying 52'ers mob,
his language turned quite colourful
