Morning, after a recent 7 day trip to Iceland with @blondie606 @Dark Knight and Jo and @The goblin I've edited some photographs and thought I'd share.

We went around the route 1, veering off now an again. My favourite section was the South and South East, especially around Jökulsárlón.

If you have been to Iceland you'll know what a wonderful place it is, if you haven't get it on your bucket list :)

NB, although in the photos fort pleasure, can you let me know if they look dark? They look fine on my mac but a little dark once posted. Ta

They look OK to me - the rocks there ARE dark!!!

Only done the Sothern bit of the ring road - along to Höfn and back. Did it in March last year and we're looking forward to a return visit at some point.
 
Looking a little dark to me as well particularly the second one. The first falls look like Godafoss and the second is Seljalandsfoss. I've been to Iceland a few times and agree it should be on any landscape photographers bucket list. Can't make up my mind whether to go again or try the Loften Islands, and then have to decide winter or summer.
 
Not sure if I'll ever make it to Iceland so I open these threads with trepidation....
