Pembrokeshire Star Trails

Two good shots with some good foreground interest but both shots have a gap at the beginning of the trail. This is probably from taking test shots and viewing them. It would be better to restack these images leaving out the first few frames to get rid of the gap in the trails. Apart from that a great couple of images.

Not sure about the star trail bit if I'm honest (which I know was the point of the exercise) but love the rest of the image. I'm not sure the landscape needs anything other than a normal starfield

No2 looks different with the wide angle lens, very good (y)

Thanks Martin. I thought I had dropped all the trial shots but obviously not. I would do it again but spent ages getting rid of all the plane trails in it and cant be bothered.

Star trails are a bit marmite to be honest. I prefer to take the Milky Way but places are limited and some you really need a companion as they are way out in the wilds. So taking these at easily accessible places is a bit of a stop gap. The second one has a pub just out of shot on the left hand edge. I was very tempted to leave the camera going and pop in to kill some time.
