Yes
You all did well with the last car identification thread last year I've got another for you. What is this? It looks to be RHD but looks American pony car by design.

It's LHD you can't see the steering wheel and the wipers are the wrong way for LHD

You can't see that well in the first image but it looks like a hump on the dash where the drivers cluster is?

I didn't know wipers went a certain way dependent on driver side.

I see the hump but I'd have expected a steering wheel above it.

The wiper on your car should swish towards the drivers side so you get more 'clear' windscreen than your passenger does.

(One of the common complaints with my car being that the French never changed the wiper priority for RHD - though I do get a 'clear side' the passenger gets the priority wipe - not the traditional wipe pattern)

One of the pony cars is my guess, the absence of a quarter light is a potential diagnostic.
  • Not a Ford Mustang
  • Not a Dodge Charger

Do we have a date?
If we knew the title of the catalogue it's published in there may be search options..

It's a clothes catalogue ralawise the clothes brand is premier uniforms.

On older cars we had to deal with grommets in the 'alternative' wiper holes. I'm not sure what they do nowadays, might have a mooch in the supermarket car park out of curiosity.

Jensen interceptor?

Mustang was my first guess, but then I started thinking Celica.

Glad you sorted it, but what was the year?
I'd say it was a 69 Mustang.

More recent cars have the wipers in handed plastic panels, the wipers can then be mounted as LHD or RHD with the respective plastic panels. My current car has both wipers that wipe outwards.

There's no keyhole in my driver's door, just passenger's (front) and boot (behind marked covers). No keyhole on passenger's side of Mrs Nod's, just driver's door and boot. If you use the key to unlock the car rather than the plipper fob, the alarm goes off. PITA when one of the plippers' contacts are bu99ered so it doesn't work! Not sure about the key holes in the little car - I have a feeling that they're all behind covers. Luckily, both plippers work just fine on that!

Oops.. forgot the later models of Mustang dropped the quarterlights and dramatically changed the panel shapes to the earlier ones.

I'd say it was a 69 Mustang.
I'd go with that. 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback - body panel changes are '69/'70 but the headlights say '69. And not a GT, Mach 1 or E.

The alarm probably only goes off if you lock (possibly deadlock) the car with the remote, then unlock with the key. If you lock with the key the alarm doesn't arm. At least it doesn't on my ford.

We hoped the same but no joy. At least the alarm is silenced when the ignition is turned on.
