Here are some photos from a recent studio session I had with Scy, a model from Arnhem in The Netherlands:

Hi Gareth, that's a very good set. IMO #3 needs the LHS tidying up with a bit of cloning. The bits catching the light off of her body would benefit from being removed as it catches the eye a little.

I think my personal favourite is the last one. The lighting on her face is really nice and I like the hair light on the left although I'd maybe calm the highlight down a bit.

The last one is my favourite, too. I think she could be a villain in a superhero film poster. Or a seductress in a 'Scandal' type film.

Beautiful set of portraits and a beautiful model (y)

Well done great images but am with the crowd on number 3 being a standout :)

I like the first two, but don't really understand what the desaturated skin brings to the party

In the last two the shadows are too dense and not where I'd try to position them. I'd like to see either just an outline, or for at least one eye to be fully lit. But if they're what you intended then stick with it :)

The first two are very nearly there for me, it was Simon above ^^^ (@juggler ) that made me twig it was the desaturated skin colour that was spoiling it for me ... the last two with just a touch more light to the eye would have been superb, as they are they are just damned good :)

…an other one for the last.
Did anyone say seductive?

Are these in chronological order? Just asking as they get more relaxed and confident from 1 through to 4. And, yeah, number 4 is the standout shot: very nice :)

The desaturated skin was the idea behind the shoot. I just wanted to try that out.

Yes, they are, and yes she was getting more relaxed towards the end of the session.

And thanks for the compliment about number 4
