Went and beat the daylights out of the little Green ZRX400 all 58 screaming BHP 13,500 to the redline with the Yoshy Titanium rudeboy can on.
Met up with a mate on the biggun the 1200.

Ahhh, I remember them fun days. Too hot to ride though. My old ZZR I loved them, I had three. Being liquid cooled I would pour with sweat, on a very hot day. Still fun though.

Lovely. I have the biggun, too:

Nice bikes. I always think about getting another bike, but circumstances dictate otherwise. :(

Seems a lot of the roads out my way are being re-surfaced, or more accurately having loose gravel spread all over them. Now, who decides it would be a great idea to spread loose gravel just as the weather gets perfect to get the part time bikers out????
Brilliant!!!!!
Still, had the Sprint out and managed to find some half decent roads the other day, good fun.

Had a nice 75 mile bimble yesterday evening. Dropped a cheque off for the kitchen deposit then carried on to see a couple of mates. A mixture of dual carriageway and A/B roads, playing slalom through the pot holes! Loads of other bikes out there with one bunch riding like tw@s but all the others looked like they were intending to live longer. Took the Speedmaster since I knew it needed fuel - might be the Bonnie's turn today; I'll see which Mrs Nod wants to sit on the back of! (Although it might be a day to use her toy rather than one of mine!!! :D)

Just waiting for a call telling me that the Rocket III that a local dealer's just got in is ready for a test ride. Half hoping that the test ride will put me off it but it's an itch that needs to be scratched.

Having only just recently got back into biking (an old Honda CBF1000) I chose the wrong week to strip off the garage roof, so instead of being out riding I was sweating away putting on a new roof.
Got it watertight yesterday, last night it poured down, and today we head off to spend a week with some friends.
No doubt that'll be all the summer we get here in Cornwall.....

Took my restored CBR600 for its MOT today, needless to say it passed. Going out for breakfast tomorrow but can't decide between my Ducati 900ss and Benelli Tornado TRE900 [emoji16] hard life eh?

Shorter spin out today giving Mrs Nod a lift to a bit of work at a mate's place (a mate of both so a social jaunt as well - he's got a couple of bikes including a kettle that awaits finishing before its MOT.) Decided to take the Bonnie out, although the luggage space of the Speedmaster's panniers would have been handy!
