The Very Hairy Caterpillar

Daughter found a caterpillar in the garden this evening - light was fading and it was a bit of a pain (literally) hand-holding the macro rig with OCF, but got some nice shots. DOF too shallow on occasion, and sometimes not perfectly in focus - but a fun 30 minutes

All with the Vivitar 90mm f/2.5 and A7R2.

I had trouble with the fading light tonight too, nice work nevertheless! I think my favorite is the B&W image. It's all texture.

That's the important thing. (And something I tend to forget sometimes, being a bit obsessive. Thanks for the reminder.)

The black and white one is my favourite too.
