I'd been meaning to try this for a while and finally got round to it a few weeks back. I had to employ the use of my wife's finger and break a mirror (7 yrs bad luck coming my way 
).
It hasn't come out quite as to plan, i could have done with a slightly larger dof, but the wife was moaning that her arm was aching, so i got what i could.
