Print 16x12 inch photo onto A3+ Paper

As the title says, I need to Print a 16x12 inch photo onto A3+ Paper, I have a Canon IX6850 printer and for the life of me, I just can't figure out how to resize to print to that size.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
 
No luck with editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop Elements?
Just tried setting it up on the latter and it went ok
 
I'd go photoshop, edit, image size, change the image size to what you want then see what DPI photoshop puts it at... It it's an acceptable dpi then run with it.
