If anyone wants Perfect Effects 2019 for free, instead of $60, it is available here - courtesy of HotUKDeals. Past offers have not tended to hang around for long!

Make sure you try out Dynamic Contrast - but don't overdo it as there may be a tendency to increase noise.
 
If I find time I may down load but I did so for the 2017 version and have never used it. Having an almost full set of Topaz Plug-ins and Nik Silver Effex Pro provides everything I need. Thanks for the tip anyway.

I tried on Saturday and the site said that the offer had expired.
 
PE is their gateway package, and a very useful plugin for lightroom or as a standalone package.

As suggested already, just go easy with the effects, because it's easy to overdo things and get carried away.
