Fantastic image as always Les

Thank you Mandy- good to see you again

Simply sublime........simple, elegant imagery.

A wall hanger IMO

Praise indeed Bob, thank you :)

Lovely image.
Coincidentally a short piece on the Today programme this morning about the joys of cold water swimming and how some people are so consumed by it that they go to local ponds at the crack of dawn for a dip.
Hardy folk.
I'm just glad that i cannot swim :D

Thank you for your comments- I can swim yet would never dip my toe in that pond far too cold :)

Love that one Les, great light and pose, love the reflection

Mike

Thank you Mike- nice of you to take the time to comment, appreciated :)

thats a fab photo Les

A very lovely image. How much processing did it get? And how are you going to print and mount it, it seriously deserves it. I'd suggest using one of my beloved Japanese papers but it would obviously soften if you did that - still, with deckled edges it could look simply mind-blowing.

Not any PP at all other than a crop _ I have no idea as yet on mounting, I usually go to a Pro lab for all my prints

Les :)

This is brilliant Les.
Stunning bird, great light and a reflection too...

Thank you Bob - this is why I like to get out before the sun comes up - get into my pop up hide and await the sunrise and the beautiful early morning golden hour light

Les :)

Unreal reflection! Beautiful calm colours. Needs more cats tho...:naughty:

Just a little joke Les from before on my thread with the little cat on it, no offence intended. :)

Oh Right- I understand now Pete- no offence taken buddy, just a little, confusion on my part - sometime it's hard when text has no emotion so to speak
