Show us yer film shots then!

Another underexposed woodland shot that kinda still works despite my metering cock-up. I'm not sure why I managed to get the metering wrong on this (and other shots taken during the same session). All the non-woodland images are fine and I've not had problems incident metering in these conditions before, I suspect operator error...

I think the dark shadows work in this instance, making the foreground tree stand out ... but with Fomapan in a dark forest I wonder if reciprocity failure could be the issue ?

Thanks Kevin. I wouldn't think it would be reciprocity failure in this instance - the scene is right on the edge of the plantation with open, treeless moorland where I was stood with the camera. Even on the other shots (on Shanghai GP3) which were underexposed none of the shutter speeds exceeded a second. Most likely a cock-up on my part I think. :(

Couple of B&W with my Pentax SF-7 loaded with 04/2000 dated PhotoTec 400 cut from a bulk tin from my Deceased Old Friend's huge Film stash via his Son's. I used 2 flashes- the built-in one + a Pentax AF200T on 1/8th power held to side with slave cell. LENS was SMC Pentax - M 135mm f3.5 at f11 and Extension Tube.

After a long old wait to develop a small stack of B&W, I finally got round to doing it. There is a colour version of this one as well waiting to be sent to peak, but I really like the B&W version.

Nice work Woodsy, good to see you're finally getting the hang of this photography malarkey.

Great work

To bring the standard back down :D here's my offering of the day.

Ready to be ink jet printed tomorrow.

I may well wet print the original scene too which includes a house bottom right corner, which was purposely placed in the scene for scale ( see shared outings thread) but having noticed that there is also a derelict building in that area of the scene, this result with the removal of the modern house appeals more ( for this eveing anyway;))

I would call that low key rather than underexposed.

Nah, that’s a cracker too!

What is it about all black cats
It's not just black ones. Our cats all look at me like they want to murder me most of the time. I'm sure they've got a great plan worked out. But until they get opposable thumbs they're stuck with me :)

That has pushed extremely well.
I have yet to try my new mix of hp5 pushed in id11

My eldest, Yelle often looks at me in a similar way as if to say wtf are you on with! :wideyed:

If looks could kill:ROFLMAO:

I'd hate to be a mouse or bird with that look on your cat's face

I love that the Thistle Inn pretty much looks like a church

Looks like you are starting a "beyond the horizon" project @FishyFish and I really like it.

@pentaxpete - love the first photo, the two ladies separated by the lamp post, it seems to speak something of our times.
